Ester wax has excellent lubrication and temperature resistance properties, and has good compatibility and internal and external lubrication when applied to engineering plastics. Especially suitable for modifying transparent products such as TPU, PA, PC, PMMA, etc., it helps improve demolding performance while having little impact on product transparency, which can help customers improve product processing efficiency and the appearance of end products. It has low volatility and has both internal and external lubrication effects in polar and non-polar plastics, as well as additional demolding and migration resistance, making it an extremely valuable processing aid. Also used as a carrier for pigment concentrates: pigments dispersed in ester wax can be used for spot free coloring of PVC, and can also be used for coloring of polyamides, while covering and demolding. It is an excellent adhesive that binds pigments to polymer particles, and also an excellent binder for producing dust-free, non condensable, and easily flowing pigment concentrates in high-speed mixers.
